Welcome to MiniPM ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication details (managed securely via Google Firebase Auth).
  • Project Data: Information you input into the app, such as project names, tasks, timelines, and schedules (stored securely on Firebase Firestore).
  • Financial Information: If you purchase a premium subscription, transactions are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your credit card details. We only receive a secure token confirming your purchase history and subscription status.
  • Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information about your device, including your Device ID, OS version, and interaction with the app (used for crash reporting via Firebase Crashlytics and delivering push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To provide the app's core functionality, including saving your Gantt charts and calculating timelines.
  • To send you push notifications regarding project delay alerts.
  • To process subscription payments securely.
  • To serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements (via Google AdMob).

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:

  • Google Play Services & Firebase: For authentication, database hosting, and analytics.
  • RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions securely.
  • Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.

5. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion:

  1. Send an email to hello@mrmoeed.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - MiniPM".
  3. Include the email address associated with your account.

What is deleted: Upon processing, your user profile (name, email), all created projects, tasks, and timeline data will be permanently erased from our Firebase servers. Retention: Some anonymized transaction data may be kept for a limited period to comply with financial and tax regulations via RevenueCat.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including in-transit encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MiniPM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the app.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, Gantt chart interfaces, and functionality, are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our application without explicit permission.

3. Limitation of Liability

MiniPM is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the app. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed project deadlines, or inaccurate timeline calculations (including business day or holiday scheduling errors) resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sindh, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
